Dr. Neerja Birla is a strong advocate in the field of education & mental health. Under the purview of the Trust, she set up 5 verticals to champion the cause - Aditya Birla World Academy, is one of the best international schools in Mumbai, committed to nurture the innate potential of its students and mould them into passionate, committed, competent, sensitive, value-based individuals with leadership qualities. Aditya Birla Integrated School, envisions to provide a state-of-the-art holistic and personalised environment to inspire potential in children with intellectual and learning difficulties. With a vision to foster positive changes in the attitudes towards mental health, she founded Mpower, an on-going endeavour to be the Movement to affect change; to promote mental health and well-being in the most holistic manner conceivable. The Aditya Birla Education Academy, is an attempt to nurture the aspirations of the brilliant and dedicated educators who nurture young minds; to give them the impetus to pursue their ambitions and fast-track their career growth. The newest vertical under the trust, Ujaas is an initiative to support menstrual health awareness and management in the country.

At Aditya Birla World Academy in Mumbai, the endeavor is to provide world class education to our students by training them under the CAIE (Cambridge Assessment International Examinations) from pre- primary to Grade X, and under the IBDP (International Baccalaureate Diploma Program) and A Levels for Grade XI and XII.
