With Ujaas training, Daksha improved her hygiene, regained her health, and became more consistent at work.

Daksha Ben Begdiya, a 45-year-old woman from the Danta Adivasi community, worked as a laborer and lacked knowledge about menstrual hygiene. 

Her limited understanding led to frequent health issues and absenteeism from work. After participating in the menstrual hygiene training program, Daksha learned about the importance of proper menstrual hygiene and its impact on health. 

This newfound awareness allowed her to improve her hygiene practices and maintain better health. As a result, Daksha became more active and consistent in her work, showcasing the program's significant role in enhancing well-being and empowering women in underserved communities.
